How the Intelligence Engine Works

1. Data Sources

We use Exa (Neural Search) as our core data acquisition engine. Unlike traditional keyword search, Exa specializes in high-value web entities and community-level signals. Collection scope includes:

  • Specialized sports forums and discussion boards (Reddit, specialized forums)
  • Local social media signals and unstructured community reviews
  • Historical environmental and venue risk data

Confidence Index — How to Read

Confidence Index (1–10) is calculated from three factors:

3. Accuracy & Limitations

Reports generated by OffTrack Signal are based on AI inference from publicly available data. Despite multiple validation mechanisms, AI may produce hallucinations or be subject to source bias.

All reports are for reference only and do not constitute legal advice or a sole basis for action. We recommend consulting the report's Verdict alongside your own judgment before making important decisions.

4. Data Freshness

The system uses a live search architecture — analysis results reflect the most current digital activity footprint for the target area, not stale cached data. Each scan triggers a fresh retrieval pass against live web sources.
